Chris has held leadership roles across respected organizations, including serving as Operations Director for Fix Auto USA, where he managed eight locations generating $1.6M in monthly revenue and grew revenue by 50% over 18 months. As a Strategic Account Manager at Axalta Coating Systems, he maintained 100% client retention while designing operational playbooks adopted company-wide, and as Business Development Manager at BASF Corporation, he drove top-line growth across a national portfolio of clients, each exceeding $10M in annual sales.
